Caffi Siop Plas
Caffi Siop Plas is an important part of the Plas Carmel project. A place for people to meet over a coffee, cake or lunch.
The cafe opened in October 2021 with Ffion Enlli and Coco Bourret running the cafe - both also members of the Plas Carmel committee.
The menu follows the seasons, and using local, high-quality produce is a core part of the cafe's ethos.
From Llydaw to Llŷn, the latest inspiration are the savoury Gallettes - or 'Krampouezh gwinizh du' in Breton... and the sweet crêpes of course!
